As soon as your order is made and the payment has been completed, we preparing and ship your order right away. Items in stock will delivered in 2-3 working days for Cyprus orders and for other countries 5-15 working days.
After you place your order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email to confirm that we have received your order. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification email confirming that your order has been processed. Dispatch estimates give an indication of when the item will be dispatched from our warehouse for delivery.
The items on your order will be dispatched as soon as they become available.
If you wish to receive your jewellery in a specific date, you can notify us at ”Comments” on the order form.
SPOILT does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility where they apply.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays.
SPOILT shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description.
SPOILT reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/ or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card used for paying for the order. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
Refunds are NOT possible for sale items, you can ONLY exchange the product size within 7 working days.
Earrings are NOT refundable.

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow these instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Simply sign into My Account and select the order you would like to return and click the button Return Order (explain the reasons for your return)
- Alternatively, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of receiving your order.
- You will then receive an email confirming your returns request and information about your compensation options and instructions on how to arrange your return collection.
- Confirm your chosen compensation method.
- To return your package to us, fill in the returns option from your account.
- Once we receive and accept your returned package, we will contact you confirming receipt of your return.
- Call the courier to arrange pick up and note that items must be returned within 7 days after receiving your confirmation email from Spoilt

Please note that gift vouchers can not be exchanged or refunded.
All our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant Cyprus Law and the relevant courts of the Republic of Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
